When it comes to selling on Ebay most Reborn Artists will tell you it can sometimes be a nightmare, what with non paying bidders and all the other issues we have, but something you need to know about is E cheques ...The only reasons i say watch out is if you put in your advert "Immediate payment by paypal" these E Cheques are slipping through the net as buyers who use them normally don't have another funding source i.e debit or credit card or their paypal balance does not cover the sale cost ,This can then buy the buyer 5-7 days to add funds to their account .The problem we as sellers then have is that we CAN NOT send the Doll ,UNTIL cheque clears and if it does not our bank accounts are charged their fee depending on what they "paid Us"
We need to inform our buyers that E checks are not excepted due to the processing time and non guarantee . If you are happy to wait to see if payment clears then there is no problem but remember to tell your buyer that you do not post until cheque has cleared or you risk negative feedback for slow delivery if your buyer is not aware.
